How to prepare for meditation and sound healing:
- Set up your space by finding a distraction-free environment to experience the meditation
- Sit comfortably or recline (your choice)
- Gather your intentions: is there a specific concern or tension you are holding? Where would you like to find peace?
- Prepare your body to be comfortable (stretching any areas of tightness, wearing comfortable clothing, releasing tension)
When you’re ready, hit the play button and allow yourself to take the next 30 minutes to cultivate peace from within.
