Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (these “Terms and Conditions of Purchase”) sets forth your rights and responsibilities for purchases from mayempson.com and its sub-domains and affiliated sites. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between May Empson, LLC and other associated materials and sites linked hereto and operated or controlled by May Empson, LLC (herein referred to as “Company”), and you regarding your purchase of coaching services and digital products (herein referred to as the “Product”). May Empson LLC’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase, website Terms and Conditions, and the website Privacy Policy are collectively referred to herein as this “Agreement.” In the event of any conflict between these documents with respect to your purchase, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall prevail over the website Terms, which shall prevail over the Privacy Policy. By purchasing this product, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms as a condition of your participation in the Program.
PAYMENT TERMS
At checkout, you may select a payment plan for your purchase to either pay in full or pay in installments.
REFUND POLICY
If you desire a refund, please email support@mayempson.com to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are on a payment plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of a payment. After 30 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Spiritual Achiever Group Coaching: Your access to the group coaching site begins once your first payment of five hundred dollars ($500 USD) or six thousand dollars ($6000 USD) if selecting to pay-in-full is processed. In connection with our satisfaction guarantee, should you decide, within 30 days of enrollment, that Spiritual Achiever coaching has not met your expectations and you no longer wish to continue, May Empson LLC will refund your money, no questions asked. Otherwise, if you are on the payment plan, the remaining monthly payments of five hundred dollars ($500 USD) will be processed automatically each month, on or about the same date of signup for twelve (12) months. To cancel your program, contact support@mayempson.com.

Spiritual Achiever Private Coaching: Your access to scheduling 1:1 coaching sessions begins once your first payment of one thousand dollars ($1000 USD) or twelve thousand dollars ($12000 USD) if selecting to pay-in-full is processed. In connection with our satisfaction guarantee, should you decide, within 30 days of enrollment, that Spiritual Achiever 1:1 coaching has not met your expectations and you no longer wish to continue, May Empson LLC will refund your money, no questions asked. Otherwise, if you are on the payment plan, the remaining monthly payments of one thousand dollars ($1000 USD) will be processed automatically each month, on or about the same date of signup for twelve (12) months. Your Private Coaching Program (“Program”) includes:
- Two (2) x 1-hour calls each month by Zoom or phone (1st call is 2 hours) for 12 months - or weekly/bi-weekly as needed
- Access to group coaching during the time of us working together
- Access to virtual retreats during the time of us working together
Spiritual Achiever Retreats: Your reservation at a retreat is secured with either your monthly payment or pay-in-full payment. In connection with our satisfaction guarantee, should you decide, with more than 90 days out from the retreat, that you no longer wish to attend, May Empson LLC will refund your money, minus a $500 deposit. Otherwise, if you are on the payment plan, the remaining monthly payments will be processed automatically each month, on or about the same date of signup for twelve (12) months. To cancel your program, contact support@mayempson.com.
Your Retreat includes:
- 5-Day, 4-night retreat (shared room or private accommodations, depending on your selection)
- Nurturing daily meals by local chefs
- Grounding movement, yoga, surfing and ceremony
- Reiki, healing and mind/body practices

The nearest state and federal court to Hastings on Hudson, NY shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy or these Terms. By using this website, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts and consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any defense of forum non conveniens.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision.
